1. Shipping Information

Order Processing

We rev up our engines to process your order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping lanes to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping (12.95 USD): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Global Athletes Note: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Returns & Exchanges

If your gear doesn’t perform like you do, we’ve got your back with our straightforward returns process.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal Care products
  • Swimwear from our Beach & Board collection (if hygiene tags are removed)
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process – Three Easy Laps

  2. Receive Authorization
    We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with:
    • Return authorization number
    • Shipping instructions

  3. Ship Your Return
    Package your item securely with:
    • Original packaging
    • Return authorization number clearly visible
    • Completed return form (we’ll provide this)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll expedite a replacement or refund – no need to wait for return processing.

3. International Returns

For our global athletes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
